A taxation enthusiast with a legal and commerce foundation, Shubham Garg brings a dual-degree in B.Com (Tax & Accounting) and LL.B. (Taxation), along with CA Intermediate credentials. With over 13 years of hands-on experience now— from working as an Accounting Associate with a top tax firm in Punjab to founding own consultancy firm—Shubham blends technical depth with practical insight.
Since 2019, he has spearheaded the firm’s growth from a local consultancy to a multi-state operation. His core strengths lie in Taxation Strategy, Personal Investments, and Financial Planning—offering clients clarity and confidence in a complex regulatory landscape.
Chirag Garg – Co-Founder | Accountancy & Compliance Advisor
An astute legal mind with a BA. LL.B Hons. degree and a robust foundation in Accounting & Taxation, Chirag Garg co-founded the firm alongside his brother to bridge the gap between legal advisory and tax compliance. With 6 years of experience in finance and accounting, Chirag brings a sharp analytical edge and accounting acumen to the table.
He specializes in Accountancy systems structuring, business registrations, regulatory compliance and support—ensuring clients operate within the law while maximizing strategic advantage.
CA Uma Garg – Core Team Member | Taxation Specialist
A seasoned Chartered Accountant with unmatched versatility, Uma Garg commands over a decade of experience in Taxation, GST, Accounting, and Corporate Law. She began her journey at Jain Mittal Chaudhary & Associates, rising from an article trainee to Partner—managing an entire partner office and handling clients from diverse industries.
She later served on position of Associate manager (Taxation) at DARCL, a major logistics player—overseeing large-scale compliance operations. At G & A Kor Taxsolution LLP, Uma anchors the firm’s technical excellence and quality assurance across all service verticals.
